How to return your item(s)
We really do hope you love your Beyond Clothing Co. purchase, but we know that sometimes things aren't just meant to be, so we've put together the below information on what to do if you need to make a return
Don't wear it!
Please keep item unworn, and in the same condition it arrived to you (tags on, and still in any original packaging that may be present. All return items are checked for signs of wear when we receive them and your refund will be subject to assessment. For bikini bottoms or any underwear please do not remove the hygiene sticker as we will not accept the return.
Get in touch ASAP
The sooner you let us know there's a problem the better it is for everyone. Returns MUST be logged no more than 14 days after purchase for UK orders, and 30 days for international. Returns submitted outside of these times will not be accepted. Contact us via email on email@example.com
Sale & Full price items
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on Sale items, however we'd be happy to exchange it for you if you'd like to order a different item. Full price items can be exchanged or fully refunded. We'll give you this choice when you contact us.
Keep the receipt
The receipt is your proof of purchase. Without this we may not be able to find proof of when you purchased the item from our end and therefore your return will not be accepted. When you contact us to inform us of the intended return, please include a copy of the receipt for our reference. You'll then need to print this and include it in your package when you send it back.
Send it back
Ensure the item is well packaged (don't forget to include your printed receipt), and send it back to us via your desired postal service. Once your item is received and checked, we will immediately issue your refund or send your exchange item out. Exchange items will be sent out free of charge (no postage).
Receiving your refund
Please be aware that we can only issue refunds via the same method you paid for your item. If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded through PayPal. If you paid via credit card, you will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any requests to refund to alternative cards/bank accounts.
