What Does It Stand For?

PETA Vegan Approved

The “PETA-Approved Vegan” logo is a way of recognising progressive compassionate businesses – and helping ethical consumers identify where to shop with confidence, safe in the knowledge that they’re not supporting the exploitation of animals. To make your shopping experience simpler just head to the "Vegan Clothing" tab and you'll only be shown products that meet this standard.

GRS
Global Recycled Standard

The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. Look out for this symbol on many of the items within the store.

GOTS & OCS
Soil Association's Organic Clothing certifications

The GOTS standard, means every step of the supply chain has been checked, from harvesting through production, processing, manufacturing and labelling. The environmental management and social responsibility of producers is also considered. GOTS is the gold standard for sustainable processing of textiles made from organically grown fibres (such as cotton or wool). OCS verifies that a product contains organically grown material, and uses the chain of custody requirements of the Textile Exchange Content Claim Standard (CCS).
